When you contact us or purchase a website, we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, business details, and the content of your messages. When you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and billing information; we never see or store full card numbers.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and manage the services you purchase, send service communications (receipts, renewal reminders, project updates), and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email without separate, optional consent.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe the details needed to fulfil your order: your contact information, what you bought, and payment status.
Contact and onboarding forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to us by email. Our public website forms do not request account passwords (domain registrar, email, or workspace); please do not include passwords in form submissions. Any domain access or transfer requirements are coordinated securely after purchase.
We measure how our pages are used (for example, which package was viewed) without collecting unnecessary personal information. Where advertising campaign parameters (such as Google Ads identifiers) are present in a link you clicked, we may associate them with a resulting purchase to measure advertising effectiveness.
Customer and purchase records are retained while you are a customer and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, and tax purposes. Client website content is retained while the management subscription is active.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements) by writing to info@archivenorth.ca.
